Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston’s romance is blossoming (and it’s happening at a pretty rapid rate) but as for Calvin Harris, well, Swift’s BFF, Selena Gomez reportedly has her eye on him.

Yes, apparently Gomez is interested in Harris, this according to a report from Life & Style magazine, via Hollywood Life.
“Selena’s told friends she believes she and Calvin would make a perfect match,” an insider reportedly said, adding, “She always thought Taylor just wasn’t right for him and the breakup confirmed that in her mind. She says she and Calvin would make a better couple…Selena has always had her eye on Calvin.”
What?! But that’s not all, according to the insider, despite the way Gomez feels for Harris, she won’t act on it.

“Selena doesn’t want to lose her best friend,” the source explains. And that if Swift gets wind of her interest, she’ll “just try to laugh it off.”
Um, OK then. We feel this claim really needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. It’s highly unlikely that Gomez would break the girl code in such a massive way, and recent reports reveal that Harris wants to get away from Swift — and famous women in general — so it would make absolutely no sense for him to be starting up a relationship with the closest woman to Swift. Right?
